HypnoBirthing ® The Mongan method“Taking the birthing world by calm”HypnoBirthing® is something that I am very passionate about. It is such a life changing program that I wish all pregnant women would take the course!
Most people believe that child birth is such a painful event that you should naturally be afraid of the pain you are about to feel. For the majority of women, giving birth is not a medical event. It is a natural event that should be carried out as nature intended using the perfectly designed female body. Why would nature design the human body with the amazing feature of being able to create new life and then give it the flaw of making child birth painful? I can help you understand why people believe that childbirth will be painful, and then help you change those beliefs to make sure you have the most comfortable birth possible. By taking the HypnoBirthing® course you will discover that you can have a comfortable birth and help your baby have a much smoother less stressful passage into this world. Most HypnoBirthing® babies show signs of being more content and less traumatised than from a standard birth using drugs and not using relaxed techniques. Think about this: You will only give birth to this baby once, there are no re-runs, nobody can have this baby for you, it is a once in a life time experience! Let me help you have the birth of your dreams. You and your new baby deserve to have the most comfortable, natural birth possible.
The course is run over five 2 ½ hour sessions. During this time you will learn the following: -
Frequently asked questionsWhat is HypnoBirthing®? Will I be in control and aware of the birth? Will it make the birth pain free? HypnoBirthing® needs to be practised and the results will vary depending on your effort. Approximately 65-70% of HypnoBirthing® mums find that they need no pain relief at all, they just feel pressure and no pain. Around 20-25% only require a little gas and air. The remaining 5-10% usually fall into the “special circumstances” category where medical intervention was needed such as being induced or caesarean, however even under these conditions mums still tell us that HypnoBirthing® really helped. Remember – the aim of HypnoBirthing® is to help provide the most comfortable, relaxed, calm birth possible, just as nature intended
